El Rey offers a very cost effective, high quality happy hour. The only downside I could find with their happy hour is that it is quite popular with lots of people taking advantage.
The happy hour specials include specials on beers, margaritas, and wine along with dollar tacos (chicken, fish, beef, vegtable) and 2 or 3 dollar small bites. I recommend all the tacos and I also sampled the 3 dollar ceviche taco. All items were very good.
