One of the perks of living in a major metropolitan city such as Philadelphia is the plethora of free events. The Philadelphia Orchestra had a pop up concert canceled in New York at Carnegie Hall. They decided to offer a free informal/casual concert at the Kimmel Center in Verizon Hall for the city.
