Minni's is a Taiwanese style hot pot restaurant located in Flushing's Chinatown.  It has a slightly modern take on hotpot as each diner has his/her own hot pot to work with.  This results in a more sanatary and personally controled experience although now you can no longer have chopstick battles over a piece of food in the communal pot.

All items were consistently fresh and there was no variance in quality.  There is a decent selection of items to choose from and the sauce selection is varied and fresh.  They offered thinly sliced meat which is the standard affair, its not going to be super filling but you can always order more items to cook which is waht we did.
