With a few friends in town, it was a good opportunity to check out Kevin Sbraga's (of Top Chef fame) second Philadelphia location: The Fat Ham.

The venue has a more casual vibe and feel than his flagship name sake restaurant.  The menu is very pork focused and takes significant inspiration from southern cooking and cuisine.

I stopped by Lemon Hill after London Grill for dinner. Good food per usual.  The complimentary hush puppies have been replaced with an olive loaf, but other than that the menu is the same with plenty of good options to choose from.  I tried the lamb sloppy joe for the first time and it was tasty.
We had the same waiter we usually see and he is always ready to make recommendations regarding beer, wine, and cocktails and is very knowledgeable.
