Located in Queen Village, Philadelphia, Royal Sushi and Izakaya is a fun Japanese pub Izakaya specializing in Japanese small plates and sushi with a very strong selection of sake, soju, and imported beers.

The restaurant is easy to miss as it features a red lantern and blue door.  Highly recommended if you're ever in the area and looking for authentic Japanese style food and drink.

Tuna Bar is a new Japanese raw bar created by owner and executive chef Kenneth Sze.
For dinner and the best introduction to the new restaurant, we went with the Omakase tasing (Chef's Tasting)

Definitely a recommended Japanese restaurant to recommend and a welcome addition to the Philadelphia food scene.
