Tuna Bar is a new Japanese raw bar created by owner and executive chef Kenneth Sze.
For dinner and the best introduction to the new restaurant, we went with the Omakase tasing (Chef's Tasting)

Definitely a recommended Japanese restaurant to recommend and a welcome addition to the Philadelphia food scene.

Wok Kampachi Ceviche - thinly sliced Kampachi, infused ginger oil, scallions, oyster sauce, sesame
