I had the opportunity to have lunch at The Farmer's Daughter Bar and Restaurant at Normandy Farm Hotel and Conference Center in Blue Bell, PA.  The hummus and bruschetta platter was good and the flat bread options for the table included roasted chicken and short rib.  The short rib flat bread edged out the roasted chicken as my favorite. For my entree I had the New England lobster roll.  The lobster roll was quite good and presented in an attractive manner for plating.  Personally I prefer my lobster rolls with a little bit less mayo but this personal preference doesn't knock the dish.  Photos below.

Iron Hill is a staple go to in the Media area. There is always interesting seasonal beer along with the staple beers on tap. Iron Hill's burgers are always delicious but that evening I opted for the voodoo chicken pizza.  It was essentially the bbq chicken pizza.  For an appetizer the table shared the mussels with fries which were very good.  I dabbled with the ceviche which is served on corn chips and there was enough heat/spiciness to make it interesting and delicious.  To round out the meal, complimentary focaccia was perfect for dipping in the mussel broth.

For good Indian food in the area, I have to recommend Shere-E-Punjab.  They have a lunch buffet but I generally make it out there once in a while with childhood friends over the holidays.  Definitely worth checking out if you're ever by the Media courthouse or area and craving Indian.
