If you're in the mood for Chinese/Taiwanese beverages, check out Mr. Wish for their spread of offerings.  They allow you to customize the sugar levels and ice levels.  Do note that the boba (tapioca or pearls) have sugar in them.  I went with low (30% sugar) this time.

Tea Do is a coffee/tea shop in Chinatown that specializes in bubble tea.  Its currently trendy and offers some flash with jenga at the cafe tables.  Bubble tea isn't bad and there's a pretty good selection.  Unfortunately, pricing runs 3-5 dollars per order.
