1 Tippling Place Happy Hour 2014-01-18

1 Tippling Place has a Friday Happy Hour.  Barclay Prime does not.  It looks like one of my preferred happy hours in Center City Philadelphia is no longer running, at least not on Fridays.  To console our disappointment we went back to 1 Tippling.  Standard decent cocktails are available.  I hope they switch up the happy hour list but that doesn't seem likely.  1 Tippling gets a special mention for this visit as the owner went next door to buy more blackberries so that they could make the Rumble that i requested.
