Big news, the Franklin has now expanded upstairs. There is additional seating in this expanded space upstairs and it keeps the same ambiance and design. On my visit, the drink menu was limited to classic cocktails as they grow into the space. This should help alleviate the waits for regular patrons and those wishing to check out one of Philadelphia's top cocktail establishments. Cheers.
